IMPORTANT NOTICES!!!!!!!

I'm Professor Gooch, your instructor for American Government POLSC 2003. I hope you all will find this class to be a
rewarding experience as we work our way through the various aspects, institutions, and theories of American Government.
I want you to feel free to e-mail me with any questions or concerns you have about the class 24/7. There are two major
components to the instructional material for the class: 1) Lecture Notes and 2) the Kernell & Jacobsen book.
Both will be intergal for taking and, of course, passing the exams. The first set of lecture notes are posted as an
assignment on blackboard. They will alternatively be available on my website: www.donaldgooch.com. Good luck!
